Meet Michael
In 2007, Michael Martin started his career as a real estate broker and has developed a large network of clients and contacts. By having the opportunity of working with top realtors in the luxurious Westmount market, for several years, he acquired vital experience. Investment properties and projects are also his forte and these have led him to work with investors from across the country.
Michael has been invited to many speaking engagements and presentations at real estate summits to present and discuss investment strategies for investors. He has worked on commercial real estate transactions as well as land acquisitions and property development projects.

Pamela’s goals are to empower her clients and help them achieve their goals. Pamela provides a highly personal and dedicated service to her clients and guides them in a sometimes confusing market, and through a life-changing journey. Her client’s happiness is her ultimate achievement.
A natural-born people-person, with a knack for negotiation, Pamela has extensive experience with both buyers and sellers within her seven years as a real estate broker, taking charge of every step of the process. From initial meetings, strategizing, advertising, visits, inspections to notary appointments, she will be sure to impress with her efficiency, highly organized methodology and her outstanding diplomacy and poise as a moderator.

Pamela and Michael bring together over 20 years of real estate experience and have completed over 500 transactions to their names over the span of their careers. Having negotiated complex transactions ranging from small single family homes to multi million dollar luxury properties, they know the challenges that each scenario can present. Having sold such a multitude of properties ranging from condos, multi residential buildings, luxurious homes and country properties, they will prepare a Buyer for any type of transaction.
